Lalvin QA23 Freeze-Dried Wine Yeast
This yeast is recommended for production of fresh, clean white wines like Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Chenin blanc, Colombard and Semillon. It is a fast fermenter and will tolerate up to 16% alcohol.
Liquor Quik Turbo Yeast
A package containing a high alcohol Distiller's yeast and yeast nutrients that will produce up to 18% ABV. 70-85 degrees Fahrenheit is the recommended fermentation temperatures. If fermented at 77 degrees Fahrenheit, it should take about 5 days to finish.
