Five Star Defoamer 105
A quick and easy way to prevent boilovers and blow-off in the fermenter. Quick acting Five Star Defoamer 105 is a 10% silicone food-grade emulsion designed to control foam in most aqueous systems, ed including kettles and fermenters. All emulsifiers used in Defoamer 105 are nonionic.

MaltoFerm Black Dry Malt Extract
Made from 100% Briess black malt and water, making it a perfect colorant for beer. Can be used to change beer styles to amber or very dark with only a slight flavor contribution. 3500° Lovibond.
Potassium Campdens – 56g
Contains potassium metabisulfite and is a convenient way to accurately sulphite wine. Each tablet contains 450 mg of active sulphite/tablet. Two crushed tablets equal 1/4 teaspoon. Convenient way to accur. sulphite wine.
Potassium Metabisulphite – 2 oz.
Sanitizer - use 2 oz per 1 gallon of water. Antioxidant and bactericide - use 1/4 teaspoon to 6 gallons. Dissolve sulphite in warm water before adding.

Rice Hulls – 1/2 lb.
Lautering aid that will not affect color; flavor; body; or gravity of beer. Great for beers made with wheat, rye, corn or oats.
